Account information (name, email, phone), class registrations, payment records (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), certification records (course, issue and expiration dates), and communications history (emails and SMS we send you, and your replies).
To operate classes, process payments, issue and track certifications, send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders), and — with your consent — renewal reminders and marketing. We sync contact data with our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage communications.
By providing your phone number you consent to receive class-related texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Opt-out is honored immediately across all campaigns.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (payment processing, SMS/email delivery, CRM) and with certifying organizations (e.g., American Heart Association, American Red Cross) as required to issue your certification. We do not sell personal data.
Certification records are retained as required by training-center agreements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at [CONTACT EMAIL]. Florida residents and others may have additional rights under applicable law.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and administrative actions are logged in an audit trail.
